Live Help session records: Computer360 reserves the right to monitor on line and off-line sessions between the customer and a Computer360 Helpdesk Services Executive "expert" for quality control of the service provided to the customer by the Helpdesk Services Executive. The session records will also be used to improve the service, build a support knowledge base and or to conduct internal market research. However session record data will not be in related with personally identifiable data about individual customers.
